You know everybody likes to play the hero and with my blind warrior who saw through “eyes of faith.” i thought that i had my pathology straight. turns out that these cave inhabiting vampire hoes steal my damned soul and turn me into a friggin’ vampire. it’s happened to me before in the previous game, but besides staying out of the sun and having to feed on your friends to live it’s really not as much of a pain in the ass as i remember it and plus it comes with huge status bonuses. conversations are also easier in the evening because you have a stat called “vampire seduction.” now after the introspection about how much you enjoy playing a total jerk comes the search for the cure and just so you know my glazed over milky eyes of faith are satanic pupiled red now. can’t get away. the witch that is capable of curing you wants five grand soul gems to enumerate further as to what the cure is. these gems are used to trap the souls of fallen enemies to empower weapons. again the introspection, because the game isn’t particularly hard to begin with in case your one of these dark souls nuts who is going to turn the difficulty all the way up for the sake of his fallacious ego. for real, i’m seriously thinking about leaving it this way, or completing the quest and holding off for a bit, because staying out of the sun, having the ability to seduce people through conversation, and being super strong and quick isn’t a bad deal till it is.
