i’ve been asking chatGPT and microsoft copilot over and over whether i should take out another mini loan for the surfans F28… compare it to your 1200$ phone, difference being, the only function of these devices is to play music, and i feel they do an exceptional job at it. come to think of it, with their generous bare boned application of linux, you could basically call them the first multi format compatible, open source, i say this because if the file doesn’t have drm you can cop and play whatever you want to pretty much, digital audio players and compared to other device operating systems, i’m not going to encourage theivery but, once you learn a bit about it, it’s pretty much the most forgiving of the OS’s, if done well… until the elephants start throwing shit fits. with the ever visible, mostly better than me i would imagine since they are employed, people at food pantries and the 139$, frequently discounted because nobody undertands it but us and it’s a decent product, dap player. ever going so far as saying if i can’t have both it being the one that i think i need fact being that i don’t play an instrument, the Sony NW-A306 doesn’t have a line out either so you can’t attach your dap to an amplifier and listen to your band through your home setup… i’m sure some of the more expensive ones do. Sony is a sure blue chip and their new skus of the walkman top out at 1300$’s i’ve seen some for 3,000$, only sensible if you have a bonified 5.1 stereo system already or you dj kit sorted and that everlasting hole still burning the hell out of your deep pockets. given the description, even at this price point, i want the track to sound exactly as it exited the studio barring remasters, and this is being claimed to be the case in both copilot and chat GPT of the lowly 139.99$ F20 on amazon. caveat, if you’ve ever used a linux retro box, even though you can make a few mistakes and not brick the device… it’s finicky. nowhere near as finicky as its younger cousin the F28 but my family isn’t getting any younger and i’m not getting any richer so lets not help the fact that this is my moment in the sun coming full circle. anyway, the majority of hi fi music is recorded at 44.1hz/16 or 24 bits and minus a serious set of ‘phones and a capable chip on your cellular device will sound tinny as hell. all that sonic candy you get on apple music… 44.1Khz/16bit CD quality for the most part, sounds wonderful on this device and the new hat tricks that apple is adopting from the ancient .FLAC codec are reaping benefits so long as you have a subscription to apple music plus they will handle the clerical side of providing you with an attractive, configurable client front end and if you do a little foraging in the client, neatly foldering albums and singles in the backend for you to save directly to the device, everybodies experience is different so i’m going to stop shilling now. i was finally able to find pretty much my full apple music collection, thankfully, especially my 60 song hospitality 2016 hospital records various collabo for 12 bucks, with an hour long VIP mix of each CD included for insane value which they still sell directed ai or no, because i’ve been following hospital records for years… have you ever heard and hour long techno mix tape, drop$ on that sucker and you will. i had to delete and repurchase my ufk dubstep 2014 collection which was not found in in the unhidden purchased area of my apple music collection until i did so. see, stuff like that is why theives love linux in their devices but i recommended itunes because navigating and maintaining it saves you a significant amount of headaches. as for your phone… keep that thing as it is the official “swiss army knife” of cells and, with that membership, a gateway to a substantial amount of audio heat with the serial number scratched off… but if you don’t have somewhat of a thing for the occasional R&B song and proper mids and reasonably priced, worth it headphones, its probably not going to be your thing. if you do spend the extra 20$ because you don’t mind your audio being tampered with, or like to do the tampering yourself, and you want something modern with a few more accoutrements to sweeten the deal on a budget… purchase the F28 for 179.99 and ask copilot or chatGPT what headphones they recommend. i guess they call me plucky for a reason because the surfans F20 has a dac inside of it that is regarded as rendering a “neutral” sound for approximately 140$ and the first pair of headphones that i was recommended, requesting budget offerings was a set of dj monitors with 50mm drivers, the oneodio studio pro 10’s for 30$ including 3.35 and 6.35 jacks and don’t have a dac in them for whatever that’s worth so the sound they convey is pretty much what is being handled by the dac inside of the F20, i think a good amount of people would prefer that. i still want to have my little christmas with the 180$ F28 but i’m not mad, ya know. actually, i have no self control and i think my budget is right so i got the F28, i’m not going to call it muffled but the F20 is indeed sterile, especially with those budget dj monitors. plus if your a young d.j., the F20 has a line out for hearing your feed, haven’t tried it again don’t blame me, but the way im imagining that works, nothing else under 500$ does. i mean these things look like ipods, but especially with the F20, if your not into joggers… or even if you are you can probably fit them into your jeans with your cell easily. now don’t come complaining to me about the fact that my choice of kit, the F20, has no OS so is incapable of streaming… sorry i forgot to mention that but it’s one of the things i like about it. this is not a phone. the headphones, (even on this entry level,) that they are capable of driving… is impressive. oh yeah and check this out, the image is from the verge so chances are it’s legitimate, look at what you did. no words, yes, that’s exactly what you think it is, i wonder what you’ll be able to play on it, we all suggest reverse engineering… i mean seriously. it’s not even april fools, i had to look. of course with his arm twisted behind his back, but the price is projected to be more that lower mid range p.c. price and you guys don’t touch type so your gonna hate it.

if the design on the front didn’t tip you off, this is supposedly the homogenous steam machine. how mr. newell is going to pull this off is beyond me. pondering further, probably pockets full from the successful reception of the deck handheld, but instead of trying to justify the manufacturing of his respective console like his more interested in a deal to survive the Trumpception of the american dream competitors steam is leveraged with a library that is entirely digital and pretty much requires no reverse engineering to advance with you through your digital life as long as you keep the ability to upgrade your desktop every few years. if he’s in a good mood he might even shine some of that “bang for your buck” light on you that covid and the supply line issues totally snuffed out. however, you know who’s in the shadows begging for mercy, so i’ve been playing less video games, not like i can significantly change my life but it just doesn’t feel right.
