So I’m basically at the moment trying to figure out how to keep this site up if anybody is reading it, and at the same time spending the funding on odd electronics. you should see the razer kishi ultra and the ipad 6 or 7 above, I do believe the 6 is slightly thicker so if you’re OCD its the better choice unless you just must have that gimmicky AI experimentation but anyway, I don’t like the wobble… actually, with the 7 plugged into it, it feels like the device was made for it so now I’m feeling both the 7 in the razer kishi ultra and the razer edge but when people lie to you and say these are console experiences… not exactly. the ipad mini 7 just seems like it was engineered to fit in the kishi ultra. now i just need to budget. if you get the model with cellular data I’m pretty sure you can enroll in microsoft’s client side unlimited play “try before you buy” gaming store for 11.99 a month for P.C. and that should be what the ipad 7 is classified as but i get crash after glitch after crash, however the apple app store games run fine… oh microsoft and the good old days. Maybe it was because I was trying to play ninja gaiden black 2 remastered. but, provided you’ve already purchased an apple mini 7 as compared with the razer edge, and verizon’s self ordained monopoly. with the like 400 dollar discount that t-mobile has on them for being a new customer, the value is definitely there, even though your going to have to be extra careful everytime you tote it somewhere. Any way, if they can fix the hardware even further as far the wobble is concerned… it’s not switch level but it’s way worse than the razer edge which i tried to put you guys onto a ways back but chances are way better that you already own a device that this device is compatible with. as for the kishi, full transparency, compatibility is so so… but with the mobile games that do accept it, you’re left with a weird, affordable handheld console with a 2266 x 1488 dpi 8.3 inch screen (almost double the resolution of the steam deck’s screen although unless you get them both discounted the value factor is still greatly reduced and… admittedly, compared to the deck it’s sort of a one trick pony.) you also have to be cool with the fact that your getting more of a jack of all trades super cool portable computer as well, but in a way different nuance than it’s closest competitor, the razer edge, which… given the fact that they have a pretty much conclusive distributor contract on from hardware to cellular service locks you into that point where, given the expensive 3 year contract that is offered with the device, merits another look at the other competition. I love ipad mini’s… i’m a small man, on occasion i read, on occasion i journal with my original moleskine ipad application that i would name my firstborn after the programmer that brings it back… so if i’m going to commit and not waste my funds, my bet is on the ipad mini 7 and add the kishi ultra (I got a great deal on ebay)… that ridiculous screen coupled with actual premium joysticks and buttons, provided that, don’t let them lie to you… the majority of these games aren’t AAA caliber.
i’m watching the youtubes… and supposedly later in the quarter, microsoft and sony have prototypes in development for handhelds. i’m assuming they won’t play nice with eachother. i’m thinking sun microsystems and ms dos, whatever y’all. remember when apple had people believing that their ipads were plugged into their retinas? they haven’t gotten lazy on that… if microsoft fixes the compatibility and razer finds a way to get rid of that bothersome wobble they’re golden. it’s been 4 years, and best buy looks like times are rough, at least in my locale. being able to buy beautiful, handmade apple cases from real, suffering, hard working people for 20 and 30 dollars on etsy as opposed to mass manufactured pieces of crap for 150 from best buy, the future looms ominous… ymmv. i mean, this is not some inferior integrated chip b.s. the ipad can game with most of the best of them. if you already have an ipad 6 or up, especially if it’s cellular, find someone trustworthy on ebay. they sell for like 80$ open box as opposed to the 150$ brand new device and if you get that little ghetto hack right for the 6… or just run it up and get the 7, it’s a satisfactory competitor to the razer edge, although i’d rather have both.

i mean, sorry sony… but if gaming is the only significant thing in your life… it’s going to cost you an extra cellular line the way i’m seeing things with a console to play your games on and no cellular options to take your collection on the go, this device is a non factor.
