Now, when I computer game I hate numbers in my gamer tags. You realize I have no less than 4 gamertags which are what I believe is ummi alone as the tag. I was inspired by the beauty of the name and it was brought to my attention on a song named “Umi Says” by a rap artist who used to refer to himself as Mos Def, now Yasiin Bey they stay playin the man. The correct spelling is ummi and the correct spelling of Yasiin is Yasin, or for a less insulting sentiment “Yaseen.” with the few serious brushes I’ve had with death I should be so but before you clap back Allah called Mohammed the “ummi prophet” in the Quran no less than five times. He couldn’t read or write. However, what role does he play in the Quran being unable to read or write? By action? By faith and deeds worthy of being recorded in the third person? Now I have to ask myself, beyond looking forward to wearing my new Sunday clothes to church what does that mean to me? I’m saying this on facebook and I’m going to cut and paste it to my blog… think about it. I ain’t even front on you, with the life I lead my ethereal hand is out baby, you hear me? Yes, I’ve heard the scripture even though I refuse to look for the verse that says “one cannot serve two masters, either he will love the one and hate the other, or hate the one and love the other.” Paraphrased of course. Lords forgive me. Notice how my stupid ass said Lords? Anyway, Mohammed’s caretakers felt formal education would corrupt him. That’s probably immature no money foolery to you… but it’s the small blessings, even from a place that you would least expect them. I’m sure for you it’s easy to check. The devil is not a lie. I’m a fool but I half listen to anybody who dogmatically claims to know all the answers in this reality. You speak of the afterlife but conduct yourself like this secular life we lead is not gift enough especially if you’re leading a comfortable life in a first world country with all your limbs attached, not having to pay extra martial tithes to call yourself American. If it was a hell that you could acclimate yourself to it would still one up non sentience and non existence. That’s why I lost my G lust as well. You come back in the same place and time that your mother or father showed no respect for the fact that life is a gift, especially here, regardless of who you do a piss poor job of trying to influence. So I’ll again, try to do you one better and claim that even though Jah is my sovereign, the term “Satanic Blessing” is not an oxymoron.
